THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION THROUGH A STAFFING AGENCY.   Above average performance and attendance may qualify select candidate for conversation to permanent status.  OHIO LAW MANDATES THAT “QUALIFIED PHARMACY TECHNICIANS” are drug free (DRUG SCREENING REQUIRED), have no felony convictions (FINGERPRINTS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED) and have passed an approved CERTIFICATION exam.  Must be 18 years old and possess high school diploma or GED.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are of extreme importance.  Ability to operate a computer and perform data entry functions in a fast, efficient and accurate manner.  Must have ability to read and transcribe drug orders.  Must have some knowledge of prescription drug insurance processing.  Basic knowledge of drug names, dosage forms, NDC codes, etc. is required.  Must be currently available for full-time (40 hours per week) work for at least 6 to 12 weeks.  Please do NOT apply if you do not meet these specifications.

• PHARMACY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION
• 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER
• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED
• MUST BE DRUG AND FELONY FREE
• ABILITY TO READ PRESCRIPTION INFORMATION AND PERFORM DATA ENTRY
• GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
